[HAPI-devel] Support files

I have run SimpleServer in HAPI 0.4 successfully.  I am trying to get
SimpleServer in HAPI 0.4.1 to work.  When I try to run the program from the
jar it fails, and when I try to debug in the NetBeans IDE I get an error at
the following line

import org.apache.commons.logging.Log

What should the contents of that package be?  It does not appear to be on
the Source Forge download site for HAPI.  Can you point me to a source?
