Yes, it's definitely a bug, but it has been fixed (coincidentally, Joe
Rosario from your company was the first to report this bug).  It's working
properly in the version 0.4 beta -- can you switch to that?  If not, the
other option is to get the changes in the ca.uhn.hl7v2.parser package from
11/2002.

I am noticing that the NTE sections that come after an OBX are being grouped
with the PID instead of the OBX's.  Attached is the message and the
resulting XML structure it creates in the parser. Is this a bug?
