Would this be adding or replacing?

When I originally started looking at HAPI I was curious as too why there was
a custom logging solution being employed.  Personally I think that switching
the logging to log4j, or some other widely used open loggin solution, is an
excellent idea.  This would be one less thing to have to relearn.
