[HAPI-devel] patching/bug-reporting process

I just submitted a bug+patch request.  I have not used
sourceforge all that much, thus my question is: what's
the notification mechanism when new bugs are added to
the tracker?  Are the project owners automatically
notified, or do I need to assign it to someone, or do
I need to post the developer mailing-list (like I'm
doing now :)
