[HAPI-devel] new Project Manager

I'm very pleased to announce that HAPI now has a Project Manager, Harriet Hu
(har...@ro...).  

Harriet has a B.E. in Electronic Engineering and 9 years experience in the
IT field.  She has managed high-visibility projects for fortune 500 clients,
large institutions as well as small and mid-sized companies.  Harriet's
project management experience includes all project phases, team building,
client management, estimating, and contracts management.  Harriet is a
member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified PMP (Project
Management Professional).

Harriet will lead development of the organizational component of HAPI.  She
has already been working with me on defining clear roles within HAPI that
volunteers can play, and introducing some basic organizational documentation
to the web site.  Her next task will be to develop workflows for various
volunteer roles so that people who want to contribute to HAPI will have an
easier time getting started.
