[HAPI-devel] Creating custom segment

Hello,

I need to create an ORU^R01 with a custom ZDS segment.  Basically: MSH + 
PID + ZDS + OBR + OBX.

Is there (an easy) way to create an ORU^R01 message with a custom segment?

I've seen the example for reading a custom segment here.
