[HAPI-devel] HAPI TestPanel

Hello,

 

I don't know if HAPI is still in any sense supported, but I'd like to use
it.  

 

The TestPanel project will neither build nor run in the lastest distribution
(2.2).  Further, the install link at HAPI
<https://hapifhir.github.io/hapi-hl7v2/hapi-testpanel/install.html> -
Installing HAPI TestPanel (hapifhir.github.io) is broken Encountered a 404
error (sourceforge.net)

Any suggestions?
