[HAPI-devel] Problems with the Messaging Workbench

I have downloaded the Messaging Workbech on to my Windows 10 system. However, when I attempt to run it, An Icon appears on the Taskbar:

But the window never appears. It does appear in the Task View but when you click on it, it disappears.
