[HAPI-devel] Trying to determine the issue with Result Message

I'm new to using HAPI and I'm trying to parse an ORU sample message.
I'm not having any luck. I keep getting the following message:

"Can't determine message structure from MSH-9: ORU HINT: there are only 1
of 3 components present"

This is my MSH segment:
"MSH|^~\&|harvest|harvest|harvest|harvest|20151106111919||ORU|37037|P|2.3|"

What can possibly be wrong with the sample message?
