[HAPI-devel] ORU 2.1 to XML

I am trying to convert a message with the following header and get the
error below. Is there a way to generate the XML?

MSH|^~\&|AKL|pathlabs|BOPHL7|riversmc|201102111218|PKI|ORU|6030124414|P|2.1

ORU HINT: there are only 1 of 3 components present
