ca.uhn.hl7v2.protocol.ReceivingApplication seems to be an extension of ca.uhn.hl7v2.app.Application so why not either make it so, or simply delete the ca.uhn.hl7v2.app.Application. IMHO, it simply clutters the framework to have redundant interfaces.
