#23 Support for Batch Protocol

Hi-

Can you add support for the HL7 Batch Protocol? I'm
using HAPI in a situation where large batches of ORU
messages are being transmitted to an interface that
requests the use of the batch protocol. I've hacked
something together that satisfies the requirement but
it would be nice to see batch as an integrated feature.
