#260 Missing message types on some model versions

Hi team, this is more of a question rather than a bug. I've noticed that there are certain message types that are available in one version but not in another e.g. ADT^A11 (Cancel Admit) is not available in v2.4 but is so on v2.3.1 and v2.5. Does this mean that there were no changes in from v2.3.1 to 2.4, thus not included?

If the above is the case, in the HL7 payload, is the source system expected to send ADT^A11 with model number 2.3.1 or 2.5?
