#232 Testpanel message tree goes blank with OBX of type ED

Adding an OBX segment with OBX.2=ED and OBX.5 containing a base64 encoded PDF stream causes the Message Tree to go blank. Removing the OBX allows the Message Tree to parse the message successfully
