Beta 0.3 Dev Build 43 has been uploaded to project code repository.
To run:
1. Download the repository by vising here: https://sourceforge.net/p/hl1launcher/code and clicking on 'Download Snapshot'
2. In the archive, go to hl1launcher-code-* > HLLauncher > bin > Release
3. Run 'Half Life Launcher.exe'
