[Hive-users] Hindenburg docs

Hey, Raffi.

I've been porting the wearables hive demos to the Hindenburg release,
and I've run into a few problems.  One problem is that I can't find
the .sgml documentation refereed to by the release notes:

Another is that I'm getting startup problems which appear to be caused
by structural changes in the .hive/ RC directory, but I can't find
documentation on what those changes might be.
