New features include utf-8 support, highlighting of tabs and the input area is now in the channel buffers for improved UI.

Hircules 0.2 is out with lots of bug fixes and improvements.
Support for CTCP actions, user channel membership tracking,
a new virtual Alert channel and logging are among the new
features.

Hircules is a gtk2 based IRC client written in Haskell.
It supports channels and private dialogs in tabs
and also has an all channel tab. This is the first
public release.
