Updates

Today I have just noticed an issue with the ReceiptPrinter class not printing correctly through serial port interfaces.

After a while I just realised that I did not test it after the changes made to the library.

The 140408 and previous versions will currently only work with network/shared printers.

updates will following at the end of this week with the fix for serial ports.

Anyone tried parallel port? I have not got time to create a cable for a parallel printer yet so if anyone is ahead of me, give me an email ;)
