[mysql-ha-devel] 6.2-1 : minor fixes

I didn't expect to make a new release on the alpha-6 series, but these 
fixes were needed:
- file permission issues prevented parts of the installation script from 
working
- configuration-wrapper.sh wasn't working OK if it fell back to 
configuration-menu.sh

The installation is one step closer now, just wait for alpha-7 ...
