I am using HIEOS like our XDS repository receiving documents from a CONNECT Direct instance. We need to know when a new document has beed received in XDS repository to process and convert it to our FHIR model.

Without any trigger feature from HIEOS such as IHE NAV http://wiki.ihe.net/index.php?title=Notification_of_Document_Availability we will have to develop a solution base on pooling techniques.

do you know something about this type of feature on HIEOS?
