Changes in cryptography

Well, I'm not going to be able to incorporate 3DES. I don't want the NSA on my back for months on end.

Currently, I'm trying to find a different secure algorithm that I can use. I've been reading A TON of books on cryptography, googling for source code.

I think I may have found one: it's called I.C.E. It can be found at http://www.darkside.com.au (I warn you, DO NOT go to http://www.darkside.com (I made that mistake...))

From it's whitepaper, it says it's not breakable by differential and linear cryptanalysis. I'm sure at some point of time it will be. But, I'm hoping that it will be a long time before it is broken.

Thanks for reading the current news,

lattera
