This is just a rebuild to support LinuxCNC 2.5 on Ubuntu 10.04

This is a bug fix release. It fixes the problem with the "reverse axis" option not working.

This release includes enhancements for advanced LCD display devices. It also include as an external interface for other applications to directly write to the LCD display. See http://www.franksworkshop.com.au/CNC/LathePendant/LathePendant.htm for an example.
