#3 Hiberclipse only works for the first project in eclipse
If I have more than 1 projects open in eclipse, somehow
hiberclipse only uses the 1st opened one in the project
list to do its jobs. e.g. if you try to generate a hbm
mapping for a class in another project other than the 1st
one, it will complain cannot find the class. Once you
close everything and move the project to the top, it
goes through without a problem.
This is annonying, cause not every ejb/web project is
the first one, the ear project could get ahead position
too. I think it's a bug related to retrieving the belonged
project of a selected item in tree.

I've seen this also... my .hiberclipse file showed up in
the first open project...
I manually moved it over to the project I wanted it in...
(but I can see how this would be a problem for more then 1
project with different settings)
