make options work again
as usual kdevelop forgets to mention unadded files
debugging again, because of libpopt's LOUSY documentation
libpopt parses a minimal set of options now
libpopt has no pkg-config on hardy, so search it the traditional way
preparations for use of libpopt
Performance: already checked polygons are not checked anymore
missing references in polygon checks produce a warning now
