LUA print() prints on logInfo()

better handling of %} in LUA scripts, now allowed in all types of LUA string delimeters

merged lua branch to trunk

precompiling LUA remains problematic,
but all infrastructure for an even compatible switch is done

moved lua byte compile code to compiler, not activated yet

modifications as proposed by cppcheck

added placeholder for upcoming main lua module

give correct reason for -t param on compiler; updated example.hgl

after fixing a few memory related problems,
the compiler now tries hard to at least minimize the size of the LUA script

Ready for testing.

Problematic issues are

* byte code compiling doesn't work well
* can't trim the LUA file
