modifications as proposed by cppcheck

added placeholder for upcoming main lua module

give correct reason for -t param on compiler; updated example.hgl

after fixing a few memory related problems,
the compiler now tries hard to at least minimize the size of the LUA script

Ready for testing.

Problematic issues are

* byte code compiling doesn't work well
* can't trim the LUA file

line numbering fixed

strings protected, but line numbering broken

LUA is extracted hopefully completely, but strings within LUA have to get protected
Syntax for LUA is now:

%}

LUA resolves now AOPs in ProcInitStatements as well as NamedParams
