HGBaseUpdater can work with a source folder instead of a single file and copies all files and folder in that case.

Use generics for class factory.

Remove unnecessary getInstance method as the update class is created by factory.

The class responsible for updating the application may now be specified in the settings file.

Usage of tool methodes.

Add brackets to if-clause.

Remove unnecessary private method.

Catch explicit IOException instead of general Exception.

Removing local comment.

Merge changes and do some (subjective) code improvements.
