Replaced some input streams by buffered streams.

Improved handling of current directory (especially for cfg files). If the current directory is the user dir or read-only a separate directory will be created.

Fixed handling of wrong values entered by the user.

Fixed handling of current directory, if it's the user's home a new directory (".<jar-name>") will be created and used.

Improve some minor issues found by PMD.

When reading (not writing!) from files that shall be in the current directory, test also the execution directory if no file exists (is mainly useful for the configuration file).
