#1 rejoin channel on disconnection

When the network connection has gone down and back up,
the bot rejoins the server but not the channels. When
you tell it to rejoin the channel, it says "Already
joined to channel #blah". If you tell it to part from
the channel, it'll say "Leaving channel #blah", but
when you then tell it to join the channel, it says
"Already joined to channel #blah".
