  yes, it is planed to translate it in english. For now, I am working on the principal missing functions, but it is planed to translate it soon.

  The English translation for Hex Editor VB and Hex Editor VB Disassembler Tool is planed for the PRE-ALPHA 1.6 (or 1.7).
