#15 DOS port

hello,

here I am submitting a Makefile that I used to build hexcompare on DOS. I used DJGPP v2.04 and the pdcurses library. I've done extensive testing, and it all seem to work (including mouse handling).

Note, that for this Makefile to work correctly, all my previously submitted patches must be applied.
