After extracting the executable from the ZIP distribution file for the binary, when I launch the program on my WinXP Spack2 box, I get

Hex_edit
Component 'RICHT32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered; a file is missing or invalid

Open and check the setup file "ST6UNST.TXT" .. and check what it says about RICHT32.OCX .

'Install on my Vista Dev system has the following' -

NOTE: The file 'RICHED32.DLL' was not copied because it is intended for use under Windows 95 only. It is not needed under Windows NT 3.51 or 4.0.

Richtx32.ocx is an independent VB control that i cannot directly distribute due to licensing issues.. however see below link for how to solve...
