If a line, say 80, is excluded (as in ALL), and one then issues "SCOPE ALL", one can "LOCATE :80". That's proper. Then, we issue "SCOPE D". Line 80 remains displayed, but is shouldn't be displayed because its SELECT values should cause it to be excluded. "LOCATE -1" will go back to the next previous non-excluded line, which is right (even though we shouldn't be seeing line 80 at the moment). However, "LOCATE 0" would have moved to the bottom of the file, which is way wrong. "LOCATE +1" would have moved to the next displayed line, which is right (even though we should have already been there and not needed the +1).
