MainActor has it. I am not a programmer, but I believe that
someone experienced with graphics programming could manage
it. It would be really useful feature regarding the fixed
FPS rating on digital cameras available today.

This could be done as non-realtime effect, but i doubt you
would like the interpolation as simple as this. It would
look quite ugly.
