When recording from a Video4Linux source (an analogue
TV card in my case), Cinelerra's init and quit are untidy.
Init should select correct audio recording source (line
Quit should mute pass-through.

Where the audio should be controlled is a matter of personal
preference. Currently the policy is to control audio in
third party mixers because the developers personally watch
live video with sound on a second monitor while only booting
Cinelerra to record selections.
