#84 Title Screen Cape Animation

The smaller image of the Hero on the Hero VI title screen has an associated animation. The animation consists of his cape flowing in the wind.
We're looking for someone to either render a series of images for this animation or repair the existing animation that had its Y-axis shortened (the Hero appears squatter than he should).
Please reply below if you need access the background or animation assets.

A glowing effect on the red eyes would be nice too, but not required.
