#81 Room 119 - 167 Hotspot cleanup

a) Separate the entire room area into hotspots.
b) Make sure the hotspots are properly defined (take care around the edges, ensure there are no "dead" pixels in the middle of the hotspot)
c) Every hotspot must have a final or placeholder function call for 3 standard events: Interact, Look and Talk. Any placeholder functions should be blank (not actually do anything)
