#73 Code cleanup - Statistics

Statistics appears to be mostly functions that work on the "HeroData" struct, but doesn't actually derive from it which is confusing. The goal is to take these functions and the HeroData struct and put them in a common script. Also see Ticket #70. This will most likely involve some heavy refactoring.
