#66 Code cleanup - Skills - Climbing

The code could be split up into more reasonable chunks. We could easily dedicate a script for each skill. Find whatever code that is made for handling of the skill mentioned in the title and put it in its own script.

It should be put into "Scripts/UpperScripts/Skills/Climbing", if the folder Skills doesn't exist yet, feel free to create it, and make sure the code compiles before pushing to sourceforge.
