#56 Custom Setup - !!Standalone GUI app!!

Make a custom standalone application that works similar to winsetup.exe in the compiled files. That means the application should be able to do the following:

1. Write attributes to acsetup.cfg
2. Retrieve attributes from acsetup.cfg for showing user current set attributes when opening the app.

This should give us a nice looking setup file with some GUI work, also we should be able to get rid of the annoying "Are you sure you installed the program correctly" message that some people are having issues with.
