#21 Room 5 Hotspot Change

The right-most building should lead to Room 20, not the Sheriff's Office (that's being moved to Room 6). Room 20 will no longer be the "General Store" it will return to being a low-cost motel.

• Room 5: Door on the right now leads to room 20.
• Room 20: Exit on the left leads back to room 5
• Room 6. House on the left is now the sheriff's office (room 15), door leads inside
• Room 15: Exit on the right leads to room 6
• Updated the descriptions of rooms 5 and 6 in AGS to reflect the new buildings
• General_desc script: added house_use() and house_talk() for some generic messages
• Room 6: Changed all DisplayMessage() to Display(), added some flavor text"
