[Hermesmail-discuss] Install Problem

I get the following error message when trying to install the hermesmail
program.

 

"Installation of Microsoft visual C++ 2015 Redistributable package (X86)
appears to have failed" "Do you want to continue".

 

What is happening and how do I fix it? Also is this program workable on a
windows 10,  64 bit system?
