Windows 10 email program list update?

In windows 10 if I click on an email address somewhere, I get a list of possible apps to open for email. The list shows Mail and Outlook, which I have both installed, but it doesn't show Eudora.
Is there anyway to get Eudora in the list or would it require an update of Eudora/Hermes to add it at install.
Eudora is set as my default mail program.

I've seen people discussing this exact question on the eudora-win Eudora support email list.

You can join it via emailing join-eudora-win@hades.listmoms.net, and putting Gazelle into the subject line.

The list is active, and has a lot of very Eudora-knowledgeable people there jumping in to help with questions like yours.

Yes, I had better call myself something else since I realised there was already someone using RobC as a display name and that is causing some confusion.
