I have never used Eudora's built-in junk filter but rather a Eudora
plugin called Spamnix. It was a Beyesian spam filter written
specifically for Eudora and was abandoned in 2005. It's always been
very effective and it continues to work just fine. If this is
something that anyone needs a copy of I have it along with my auth
code, or I can just test it when Hermes becomes available.
The built-in spam checker in Eudora for Mac is pretty good. But otoh,
mine has had 20 years of training. I thought it was Bayesian.

agreed.....my spamnix has had at least 10 years of "training" which is why I won't abandon it...unless I have to. :-)
