#3 Nutrient tab problems
Noticed a few things about the tab as I played with things, you can enter Date Expires newer than the Date Manufactured. Also you can enter an greater amount in Amount Remaining than Total Amount and you can have numbers that have a zero at the beginning. AND I just found that I can have the same Nute ID's. Will check to see if this is case for rest of ID fields.
Can have same ID for everything in program or is this intended?
Good feedback. I'll look at adding some data validity checks for Expired/Manufactured & Amount Remaining/Total Amount.
Re: ID's, I did not force the visible ID to be unique because I thought maybe someone might have 5 (or more) plants that they wanted to somehow "tag" the same. Like if maybe you were trying a specific training technique on a few plants from each strain, you could add an ID of "Uncle Ben Topping" or whatever.
The plants, nutrients & events all have an internal unique ID though that prevents conflicts.
I can certainly see how it might not be the most user friendly feature though... let me know what you all think. Might make more sense when we have some documentation that covers it.
I guess if you were testing out some things on groups of plants, you could just keep them as one plant record using the quantity box. Some of these decisions we make in a split second. Good to bat them around here with you guys and see if it's confusing.This might be one of those where the benefit is less than the potential for confusion
