Hep works fine for me on my Windows test box (running Windows 2K, Python
2.2.1, and Twisted 1.0.3)  What version of Twisted do you have?  If it's
earlier than 1.0.3, would you upgrade and see if that fixes the problem?
(If it does I'll put a note on the Hep webpage that 1.0.3 is required)
