Hey all,

I was getting fustrated trying to get myself to sit
down and write doumentation for Cinepaint and
remembered the HEML project.

This simply creates a single executable file that takes
two arguments.

the first is the heml syntax'd file and the second is
the desired output filename. If no output file is
given, then the extension '.html' is simply added to
the input filename, and save in the same location.

The syntax I ended up going with is VERY different from
the one proposed in the first and second drafts on the
HEML homepage. I've included a user guide/sample HEML
file in the doc subdirectory and it can be created by
running 'make docs' in the root directory.
