Development has been a little slow for the past week (or two). The current development has been moving so fast that things have become a little messy and in need of a little cleaning (okay more than a little).
Plans for browser support have also changed a little. While I still plan to provide support for most if not all browsers eventually, the initial focus will be on a functional chat client for modern browsers (NS 6 & IE 6). Once the system is stable and functiona other clients will be added to support legacy browsers.... read more
I finally got around to putting up some pages (okay just one page) on http://helpzilla.org and http://helpzilla.com. In the days to come I will probabably expand the content, but this will do for now.
The blank pages were really starting to get to me...
I have updated doc/readme.txt (thanks Casey for showing interest and inspiring me to write this).
I will not be making a new release, though the 0.1 branch version has been updated to 0.1.1-alpha, but you can view the docs from CVS here:
I am currently working on a 0.2 release, which is a general clean up of 0.1 and may include an admin interface as well as an installer...
The first public preview of Helpzilla has been released. This is an alpha release and is not yet feature complete or fully tested.
