[Helper-devel] Resource annotations editor task

Hi All,

In resource annotations plug-in (org.helpersoft.helper.resources) there 
is no specific editor for editing resource annotations, so universal 
editor is used.

I believe that specific editor for resource annotations could be 
created. This editor should provide more convenient way to work with 
resource annotations by using Eclipse forms functionality.

Editor should provide GUI based on DC and DCTerms vocabularies. In this 
GUI should be lists for referenced resources, for resources citing this 
resource, separate fields for author, title, description, etc.

The editor will be located in org.helpersoft.helper.resources plug-in.

This task should be completed before Helper 0.2.0 release (July-August 
2007).
