2. From Eclipse plugins folder (you should have Eclipse for RCP 
distributive)

3. From "target" project in the Helper trunk (plugins marked with "*" sign)

[Helper-devel] Resource annotations editor task

Hi All,

In resource annotations plug-in (org.helpersoft.helper.resources) there 
is no specific editor for editing resource annotations, so universal 
editor is used.

I believe that specific editor for resource annotations could be 
created. This editor should provide more convenient way to work with 
resource annotations by using Eclipse forms functionality.

Editor should provide GUI based on DC and DCTerms vocabularies. In this 
GUI should be lists for referenced resources, for resources citing this 
resource, separate fields for author, title, description, etc.

The editor will be located in org.helpersoft.helper.resources plug-in.

This task should be completed before Helper 0.2.0 release (July-August 
2007).

Hi, All!

I'm going to do a release 0.1.0 of Helper in the beginning of March 
2007. Here is a list of tasks to do for this release:

Documentation:
1. Add javadoc comments for all classes that are not in "internal" 
packages (dimashdev, olgash).
2. Add documentation to all extension points (dimashdev, olgash).
...

Release marketing:
1. Develop 2-3 use cases for Helper  (dimashdev, olgash, ?).
2. Post entries about Helper release to all major forums and blogs (just 
after release)  (dimashdev, olgash, ?).
3. Add Helper screenshots to sourceforge.net  (olgash).
4. Add news about release to sourceforge.net  (dimashdev, olgash).
5. Create site with Apache forrest  (olgash).
...

Features and improvements:
1. Refactor plugin structure - add "internal" packages (dimashdev).
2. Move all strings to .properties files (dimashdev).
3. Add feature to work with livejournal.com (?).
4. Add export and import for FOAF files (?).
5. Add JUnit tests for APIs (?).
6. Add export all data - import all data facility (dimashdev).
7. Add styles to blog (?).
8. Add data ontology versioning (dimashdev).
9. Add missing icons (olgash).

This list is not complete and will be extended. Your ideas are wellcomed.

Configuring Eclipse to run Helper
1. Install Eclipse platform, install Subclipse
(http://subclipse.tigris.org) to work with Subversion. Checkout Helper
project plug-ins
(https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/helper).
2. Download Eclipse RCP SDK from
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.2.1-200609210945/
3. Extract it to folder (e.g. ../target)
4. In Eclipse, Window - Preferences - Plug-in Development - Target Platform
specify the location of the folder with target (step 3)
5. Add to target (copy to folder target/eclipse/plugins from
eclipse/plugins) additional plugins. After that your target/plugins should
contain this files:
